Our client is looking for a structured and quality-conscious administrative resource consultant who wants to contribute to smoother and safer railway traffic. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and management, playing a central role in keeping important documentation correct, accessible, and up to date.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an administrative resource consultant, you will provide central support in document management for projects related to railway traffic information. You will work with both project managers and technical administrators, ensuring structure, quality, and traceability in the documentation. Other technical areas may also be involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role involves providing expertise in administrative support and document management, focusing on structuring, quality assurance, and maintaining documentation in technical infrastructure projects.

  • Maintain and quality assure documentation such as manuals and meeting notes
  • Edit and tag documents in IBM DOORS for TDOK and TRVinfra
  • Compile technical specifications for procurements
  • Proofread and rewrite texts into correct Swedish
  • Create presentation materials in Swedish and English using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Produce materials for publication in journals using Adobe InDesign
  • Maintain texts for technically approved materials in the client's material catalog

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has advanced knowledge of the technical area of railway traffic information equipment
  • Has advanced knowledge in proofreading and quality assurance of governing and supporting documents
  • Has good knowledge and experience of IBM DOORS
  • Has experience in creating and publishing newsletters with layout and design programs
  • Has excellent written skills in the Swedish language
